MDMK general secretary and co-ordinator of People’s Welfare Alliance (PWA) Vaiko has decided not to contest the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, and has blamed the DMK for creating conflicts in Koilpatti constituency from where he intended to file his nomination on April 25.
