Chola tours would be held on regular basis
Journey with Vandhiya Devan would be launched on January 16 at 6 a.m. from Chennai and return to Chennai the same night. For example, the 7th century Devaram songs of Paadal Petra Sthalams like Takkolam, Thirumalpuram and Thiruvallam, with special emphasis in Brahmadesam, would be highlighted during these tours, and stories about the Chola inscriptions would be provided by eminent Epigraphist Dr. S. Rajavelu, former Epigraphist of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI).
