Krishnakumar C (DMK) leads in Harur Assembly constituency of Tamil Nadu. He is ahead of Sampath Kumar V (AIADMK) by 8,743 votes.
Among others trailing are Murugan R (AMMK), Thileep P. (NTK).
The seat was held by AIADMK in 2016.
22 Assembly constituencies are up for grabs in the by-elections in Tamil Nadu.
