Rahul Gandhi makes sudden visit to Chennai, visits ailing Jayalalithaa

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, who made a sudden visit to the Chennai hospital where Tamil Nadu chief minister J
Jayalalithaa is undergoing treatment, said doctors had told him that she was recovering well and would be alright soon.
Rahul Gandhi arrived in Chennai by a private flight from New Delhi this morning and went to the hospital to enquire about her health.
He was at the hospital for over 45 minutes and talked to the team of doctors attending on her.
"I have come here to extend my support and that of Congress president Soniaji to Chief Minister Jayalalithaaji. She is recovering well
and she would be alright soon, that is what the doctors told me", Rahul Gandhi said before leaving for New Delhi.
