Tamil Nadu Vidyasagar Rao, who visited ailing TN chief minister J Jayalalithaa at a private hospital in Chennai on Oct 1, said she was
recovering well, and expressed satisfaction with the treatment being given to her by a team of doctors.

fever and deydration, according to a hospital release.
A few days later, the hospital said the fever had subsided, and later said that the fever had been contained, and that she would be in

Jayalalithaa. He said the hospital chairman, Dr Pratap Reddy, briefed him about the treatment being given to her. Rao congratulated
the team of doctors on the treatment being given to the chief minister. The release said he handed over a basket of fruits to the CM,
and wished her a speedy recovery.
