Expelled DMK leader M K Alagiri has said that those responsible for his expulsion from the DMK will face action in a couple of months.
Speaking to mediapersons at Chennai airport on March 26 on arrival from Madurai, Alagiri said forces which were out to destroy the party from within by exerting undue influence on its president M Karunanidhi. He was indirectly referring to his brother M K Stalin, party treasurer, as the person behind his expulsion from the party.
Alagiri maintained that he had done nothing wrong so as to deserve expulsion.
Replying to a question, Alagiri said he would not contest the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
