Chennai:
The Congress released a second list of candidates for Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu -- for three constituencies, taking the list of candidates to 33 so far.
The Congress on March 24 released the names of Vazhappadi Rama Suganthan, the son of deceased Congress veteran Vazhappadi Ramamurthi for Dharmapuri constituency, Victory M Jayakumar for Tiruvallur (SC) constituency and K Selvaraj for Pollachi constiutuency.
Rama Suganthan will contest the Dharmapuri constituency, which already has AIADMK’s P S Mohan, DMK’s R Thamarai Selvan and PMK’s Anbumani Ramadoss in the fray.
The party is yet to finalise the candidates for the North Chennai, South Chennai, Krishnagiri, Villupuram (SC), Karur and Kanniyakumari constituencies.
