Unilateral announcement by PMK

Chennai:
The PMK has unilaterally announced the candidature of former Union Health minister Anbumani Ramadoss from the Dharmapuri constituency in the Lok Sabha elections though seat-sharing talks with the BJP have not been concluded.
PMK president G K Mani said Anbumani, son of party founder Dr S Ramadoss, will contest the Dharmapuri seat in the elections in Tamil Nadu.
Replying to a question, Mani said the PMK was continuing its talks with BJP on the alliance issue.
Talks between the two parties have been going on for more than a fortnight without reaching any conclusion.
