Yesudas-Ilayaraja combination is back for Tamil films

Noted singer K J Yesudas has recorded a song for a Tamil film after a long gap. He has now sung a song for the film Tamilarasan with maestro Ilayaraja scoring the music.
Babu Yogeeswaran is directing the film which has actor-producer Vijay Antony and Remya Nambeesan in the lead roles.
Baby Yogeeswaran said only music director Ilayaraja would be appropriate for the film which has plenty of emotional scenes. Ilayaraja alone could do justice to the film especially with his background score.
Ilayaraja roped in Yesudas to sing a song for the film. Yesudas is said to be rendering a song for a Tamil film after almost 10 years.
