Popular actress Hansika has struck a warning note to film producers not to fall a prey to some people claiming to be her agents.
In a statement, Hansika has expressed alarm over reports that some people have been passing off as her agents and meeting producers and others in the film industry. The actress said, "Some unauthorised people from the industry" had been claiming themselves to be "self-styled managers handling my career".
"I would like to bring to the notice of the film fraternity that no one is authorised to discuss my film dates with any producer or production company, except my mother", Hansika said.
"We do not hold any accountability and responsibility for such unauthorised activities of these unauthorised people", Hansika said addiong that she tahnked all concerned for the valuable support and encouragement.
Hansika has made it clear that the only authorised person is her mother, and that the film industry is advised not to approach anyone else to sign her up or for her dates.
