The audio CD of Saivam, directed by Vijay, was launched by Gautham Vasudev Menon and received by actress Amala Paul, actor Suresh and actress Anushka, in Chennai on April 6, 2014.
The Think Big Studios film has been written and directed by Vijay, which is a family subject.
It has music by G V Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Nirav Shah, and lyrics by Na Muthukumar.
Porduced by A L Alagappan, the audio launch function was graced by several celebrities including Vijay Sethupathy, Jayam Ravi, Samudhrakani and Sangeeta Vijay.
The star performer of the day was Baby Uthara, daughter of singer P Unnikrishnan, whose sang Azhage had everyone awe-struck.
