Chennai:
The Sri Krishna Sabha hosted the International Theatre Artistes Day on March 27 at its premises in T. Nagar, Chennai.
P S Sachu, member secretary, Tamil Nadu Iyal Isai Nataka Mandram, presided over the function.
The SKGS Lifetime Achievement Award for Theatre was conferred on T D Sundararajan. The SKGS Award for Excellence in Theatre was given to actors Kovai Padmanabhan, 'Dummies' Sridhar, Geetha Narayanan and technician B Thulidas.
Koothapiran felicitated the awardees.
