Vishal overthrows Radha Ravi as Nadigar Sangam General Secretary

Vishal bagged the post of Nadigar Sangam General Secretary, defeating Radha Ravi in a hotly contested, prestigious election held in Chennai on October 18, 2015.
Vishal secured 1,445 votes, defeating Radha Ravi who bagged only 1,038 votes, after getting a majority of postal ballots.
Meanwhile, Nasser gained a slender lead over Sarath Kumar for the first time since counting commenced this evening. He enjoys a lead of 22 votes with over 400 votes yet to be counted.
